Identify Solutions was born out of our Co-Founders, David & Rhys’ frustration of working in old fashioned, contingency based, phone bashing, KPI driven recruitment environments, with no opportunities for flexible working, low annual leave entitlements and average commission structures.
We decided to set up Identify Solutions with a simple, yet solid plan of attack to become a talent provider that manages delivery effectively, via working with our customers on an exclusive, project basis.
